Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support on a variety of legal matters including but not limited to corporate law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Assist in the development of corporate policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Support the legal department in managing litigation cases, including coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.
• Participate in the risk management process, identifying potential legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Assist in corporate governance activities, including the preparation of board resolutions and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar in the state of practice.
• 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
