Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
•Research and analyze insurance products to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to negotiate and secure favorable terms for clients
•Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims settlement process
•Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Economics
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance companies
•Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex insurance policies and provide clear explanations to clients
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs and achieve sales targets
•Proficiency in using standard office software for documentation and communication
Preferred skills:
•Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
•Relevant certifications such as Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Associate in General Insurance (AINS)
•Knowledge of various types of insurance products and their suitability for different client needs
•Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
•Fluency in multiple languages to serve a diverse client base
