Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent • Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion • Oversee employee relations and performance management • Research and recommend best practices for employee engagement • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Create and maintain company policies and procedures Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field • 3+ years of experience in HR or related role • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle confidential information Preferred Skills: • Experience developing and managing compensation and benefits programs • Knowledge of HR software and systems • Experience in employee relations and performance management • Experience in recruitment and onboarding • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
