Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a facilitation role, or a similar role involving group dynamics and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in facilitation or related field.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge in the principles of adult learning and group dynamics.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with group members.
