Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to executive team members
•Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
•Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
•Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
•Assist with organizing and planning meetings and events
•Maintain and organize filing systems and databases
•Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
•Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
•Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
•Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management procedures
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
•Knowledge of travel booking platforms and expense reporting systems
