Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tone across the buyers journey. Demonstrate consistency and clarity in showcasing ProProfs brand voice across every touch point. Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content.
Requirements / skills:
Some experience in writing and content production (Blogging, writing for a student newspaper, freelance writing, producing your own original material).
Strong experience using Microsoft Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Educated to Degree level.
Attention to detail.
Experience using design software, such as InDesign and the Adobe suite of tools
