Support the development & implementation of Market strategic goals, evaluating existing plans and participating in major initiatives to drive profitable growth.
Assist in the development of comprehensive presentation material for senior management Ad hoc strategic analysis as necessary.
Consult on key business initiatives, ongoing performance, and strategic priorities.
Support yearly planning exercise to ensure alignment with long term strategy & transformation priorities.
Collaborate with both local leadership team and Regional/Global stakeholders on all transformation related work to ensure consistency, alignment and sharing of best practices.
Collaborating and creating cohesion across business units – creating better visibility on process before/during/after the redesign, defining the change, measuring before/after improvements to quantify and analyzing business value of initiatives.
Requirements / skills:
Able to work cross functionally in a collaborative global team environment
Strategic mind-set to integrate business strategy into all communications and execution
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Good excel data analysis skills and PowerPoint presentation building will be preferred
Ability to utilize Power BI and creating dashboard is a plus
Has strong relationship building, presentation and management skills
