Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain software delivery processes and procedures. • Manage software development projects from initiation to completion. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner. • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in software development or project management. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC). • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology. • Experience with project management software. • Experience in customer service or client relations. • Knowledge of software quality assurance (QA) processes.
