Responsibilities: • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies to increase sales • Monitor customer and competitor activity to identify opportunities for sales growth • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management • Work with sales team to develop and implement strategies to reach sales goals • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns • Research market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategy Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field • Ability to analyze and interpret data • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software • Knowledge of statistical analysis software • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques • Ability to develop creative solutions to sales problems
