Related tasks:

• Attending prospective customers visiting showroom, understanding their requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Preparation of Estimates against customer enquiries.
• Provide support to sales team for preparing and submitting quotations to customers, from requirements and measurements given by sales team.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
• Recording sales and order information and submitting the same to Accounts for submission to brands for raising Purchase Order.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Liaising with concerned persons to monitor the progress of existing orders. Update, manage and provide status updates on leads, prospects, quotations, confirmed orders and order execution status.
• Prepare Sales and Business Development analysis and reports for team.

• Knowledge of industry is strongly preferred
• Able to work well as a team member
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
