Related tasks:

• Complete regular employee file audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of files
• Close collaboration with People Operations Team, IT and Payroll to ensure sucess of implementation
• Assistant with design and build (support role) of new HRIS
• Support total rewards programs by acting as backup for general benefit inquires, loan requests, processing of insurance continuation benefits for eligible separated employees and assisting with qualifying life event (QLE) changes
• Assist with annual open enrollment, enrollment campaigns, and other total reward initiatives
• Assist with drafting and sending weekly, biweekly and monthly total rewards communications as scheduled based on targeted education campaign

• Human resources experience in an assistant or coordinator role OR in a role managing data or auditing
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with all levels
• Strong working knowledge of HR practices and trends
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and people skills with the ability to work independently, within a team environment and with a diverse group of people at all levels of the agency
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
