Related tasks:

• Support the HSEQ and senior managers in ensuring best practice
• Maintain Vault system
• Provide administrative support including updating of policies and safety documents
• Conduct site visits, inspections and participate in audits as required
• Assist with investigations where necessary

• Working knowledge of legislation and relevant regulations
• You may have completed HSE study or be currently studying
• Flexible, pragmatic and enabling approach, adaptable to a fast moving and constantly evolving environment
• Self-disciplined, professional and able to work under own initiative, able to manage varied workload and to tight deadlines
• Able to work both in a team and independently
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, Visio and Outlook
