Mandatory benefits in Belarus
The minimum wage in Belarus is 554 BYN per month, guaranteed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Standard working hours are 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. The maximum is 12 hours per day inclusive of overtime. Overtime should not exceed 10 hours weekly and 180 hours annually.

Employee contributions include 1.00% for Pension Fund.
Employees are entitled to 100% of their average earnings during Family Care Leave for caring for a sick child under 14 or a disabled child under 18.
