• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hire.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Assist with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary action.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs.
• Track and analyze employee data such as turnover, absenteeism, and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in human resources or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as labor laws and employment standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
