• Manage and oversee daily operations for the country in which the Country Manager is based.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business in the country.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and review performance of staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the country where the Country Manager is based.
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
