Related tasks:

• Perform general claims-related clerical functions in accordance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, rules of the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC), and internal procedures. Provide a high level of customer service. You will report directly to the Claims Supervisor.
• You will complete accurate file documentation, including importing and assigning documents to the appropriate claim files.
• You will complete accurate letters and forms, including required medical examination requests, peer review requests, designated doctor requests, mileage reimbursements requests and DWC records requests.
• You will prepare medical records and attorney packets with a high degree of accuracy.
• You will respond to our customers promptly, accurately and courteously.
