Responsibilities: • Process incoming claims in a timely and accurate manner • Assist in the review, investigation, and resolution of claims • Enter data into the claims system, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Prepare and submit claims for payment • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents • Maintain accurate records of claims • Provide customer service to claimants • Follow established procedures and guidelines Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in a similar role • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and highly accurate • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws Preferred Skills: • Previous experience with claims systems • Knowledge of insurance principles and practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads • Problem-solving skills • Knowledge of medical terminology
