Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives
•Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop mitigation strategies
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for change initiatives
•Monitor and evaluate the impact of change efforts and make adjustments as needed
•Communicate change management progress and updates to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred skills:
•Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
•Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
•Familiarity with organizational behavior and psychology principles
