• General administrative duties such as photocopying, collating, filing, faxing, etc.
• Support in opening claims in internal database and triaging of claims assignments.
• Support in processing cheque requests.
• Assist account coordinator with onboarding of new clients.
• Maintaining and updating client guidelines.
• Assist in the design of workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and specific client initiatives.
• Communicates with client re: trust account balances.
• Works with Finance to ensure smooth cheque/payment issuance workflow.
• Works with Examiners to facilitate payment cash calls and scheme advances.
• Investigate and resolve payment queries
