Responsibilities: •Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment •Assist with the planning and execution of facility improvement projects •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations •Manage inventory and procurement of supplies •Assist in budget preparation and tracking of facility-related expenses •Provide administrative support to the facilities team Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field preferred •Strong organizational and time management skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Basic knowledge of facilities management principles and practices Preferred Skills: •Familiarity with facility management software •Experience in a customer service or administrative role •Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures •Understanding of health and safety regulations •Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
