Responsibilities: •Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits •Assist in the enrollment and onboarding process for new employees •Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on benefit-related issues •Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements •Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related information Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities •Familiarity with benefits administration processes and regulations •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Preferred skills: •Experience with benefits administration software or HRIS •Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA and ACA •Customer service experience •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
