Gender salary gap in the European digital sector

Gender salary gap in the European digital sector

Despite ongoing efforts, pay equity remains a challenge in the digital sector across Europe. On average, women earn about 6% less than men in this field.

The cities with the highest gender pay gaps are Prague at 15.3% and Tallinn at 16.7%.

On the other hand, Paris (1.32%), Rome (1.42%), and Berlin (2%) are leading the way with the smallest pay differences.

It’s clear that while some progress has been made, there’s still a long way to go to achieve true gender pay equity in the digital workforce. Let’s continue to work towards a more inclusive and fair industry for all!
